- Employees: All employees are expected to uphold the principles of this policy and report any suspicions or concerns regarding slavery or human trafficking to the appropriate authorities within the company.
Reporting Concerns:
Any employee, supplier, or stakeholder who becomes aware of or suspects slavery or human trafficking within Blade Tooling Company Ltd or its supply chains should report it immediately to Rachel Bryan, Supply Chain Manager.
Review and Update:
This policy will be reviewed periodically to assess its effectiveness and relevance. We will make any necessary updates or improvements to ensure that we continue to meet our commitment to combating slavery and human trafficking.
