Facilities

Blade Tooling is located in Pershore, Worcestershire UK, in a large modern facility, served with convenient links via M5 Motorway to nearby Birmingham Airport (1hr) and Bristol Airport (1.5hrs) as well as train connections to Worcester.

Design

Whatever your tooling needs are, our dedicated Design Team can support your multi-component tooling programmes using latest Industry standard CAD systems in Siemens NX, Solidworks, and Catia, working in Imperial or Metric standards. We have the experience to work to your tooling standards or develop bespoke tooling to meet your particular requirements.

Machining

The large range of 3 & 5 axis CNC machines provide the flexibility to manufacture high quality precision die cavities, all assembled, finished and tested by highly skilled toolmakers. Blade Tooling has experience of making the smallest Aero Blades through to the largest IGT components over 1m in size.

Programs

The Team at Blade Tooling understands the importance of your quality and delivery requirements and is experienced in delivering single tool and multi-component packages. From kick-off to delivery of your tooling, we will work with your engineering team to support your requirements.
